Return Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that meet the following conditions:
- Product is unopened and in original packaging
- Product seal is intact and unbroken
- Product has not been used or consumed
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
- Product is not expired or close to expiration
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken seals
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products purchased from third-party sellers
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange free return shipping
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
How to Return an Item
Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account, go to "Order History," and click "Request Return" on the eligible order. Or contact our customer service at returns@startwinstore.com
Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours, along with return shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the package. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- Mobile Money: 1-3 business days
- Store Credit: Instant (optional)
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- Full product price
- Original shipping fee (if product is defective)
- Any applicable taxes
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Product shows signs of use
- Product is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Product is not in original condition or packaging
- Product is missing parts or accessories
Exchange Policy
We're happy to exchange products for a different size, flavor, or variant within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
- Request an exchange through your account or contact customer service
- Return the original product following our return process
- We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges (within same price range)
Tip: If you need a different product urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately to avoid delays.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside Nigeria:
- Same 30-day return policy applies
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Returns must clear customs inspection
- Refund processing may take 10-14 business days
